Welcome to St Peter's Church of England Primary School
Excellence in and for all
On behalf of all the children, staff and Governors, I'd like to warmly welcome you to St Peter's Church of England Primary School.
We are extremely proud of our school and place a special emphasis on our relationships with parents, our local church, St Peter’s, and the wider community. We view our school community as a family which works in harmonious partnership to provide new and exciting opportunities for our children to become active learners, and achieve their true potential.

In order for your child to reach their potential, they have to be happy and feel safe. We work tirelessly to make sure that this happens. The school has three main aims for the children:
- The first is that they reach academic excellence and we will push the children to achieve the best they can by the time they leave the school.
- The second is that they are well rounded and, in line with the school vision, get to try a multitude of different things and experiences.
- The third is that the children develop their character so that they are ready to be lovely, polite and tolerant citizens.

Our Vision
‘‘For the children to realise their God-given gifts and talents, and grow following the example of Jesus.’’
Matthew 19:26- But Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible but with God all things are possible”
