Meeting Summary
Festival Weekend – letters have been emailed and sent out requesting both help and donations. Please sign up to help even if you can only spare half an hour. Camp Night letters out this week. Please only put slips in office for day passes not for pitches. Details of how to apply for a pitch are on the letter. Fashion Show – we will be asking for model children volunteers and adult helper volunteers for the Fashion Show in September before the end of term, letters to follow.
Chair Person(s) – Lisa and I will be resigning from our positions as Joint Chair as of September 2014. Anybody interested in taking on this role, or if you have any questions, please contact one of us before 28th June 2013. Ideally the new chair(s) would shadow us from September 2013. We require either 2 people to be Joint Chair or a Chair and a Vice Chair. You can email us on spswsa@hotmail.co.uk or speak to us in the playground. Easy2Name - please go to www.easy2name.com to purchase your school labels and remember to select us from the list when you checkout to help us raise additional funds. Please register on www.easyfundraising.org.uk and use it when shopping online. It costs you nothing but each time you purchase from the retailers listed a donation is made to the School Association. Next meeting September 2013, date TBA. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everybody who has supported the School Association this year.
